ABOUT EUROACTIVE TURKIYE
Our Vision
EuroActive Turkiye works to bridge the gap between local youth and global opportunities. Our motto is "Keeping an eye on Europe": we believe that young people should not just be passive consumers of the future, but its active designers. We aim to fight all forms of discrimination while promoting digital awareness, social inclusion, sustainable development, and youth mobility across Europe. Our main goal is to empower young people through intercultural learning, human rights advocacy, active citizenship, and digital literacy. We especially encourage youth with fewer opportunities to take action, understand their legal rights, and claim their space in society.
What We Do
We promote intercultural learning, human rights, active citizenship, digital rights and environmental protection. Through our local initiatives and European youth projects, we foster cooperation among young people from diverse backgrounds. We encourage youth to learn more about cultural differences, legal empowerment, and the social dimensions of digitalization.Working at both local and international levels, we participate in and coordinate various Erasmus+ projects, including Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, and Small-Scale Partnerships. We create safe, inclusive spaces where young minds can meet, explore creative solutions, and make a tangible impact in their communities and the world.
How We Do It
EuroActive Turkiye develops and promotes a rights-based, non-formal education approach to empower young people to act for the benefit of themselves and others. Our projects are built upon awareness-raising activities, interactive workshops, creative arts, simulations, and direct policy dialogues. To reach a wider audience and maximize our impact, we closely track new European trends, integrate digital tools, and apply these innovations directly to the outcomes of our projects.
